By purchasing and participating in the Ads for Bands VIP Ongoing Coaching program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Service
This is an ongoing coaching and training service, not a done-for-you advertising service.
You are responsible for implementing all strategies discussed, including (but not limited to) setting up campaigns, managing ad accounts, uploading creatives, monitoring spend, and making changes.
Support is provided via scheduled coaching calls and email support as outlined on the sales page. Execution remains your responsibility.

2. No Guarantees
Ads for Bands / Violet Bear Marketing does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, ticket sales, revenue, return on ad spend, or business growth.
Advertising platforms (including Meta/Facebook/Instagram) are third-party systems outside our control.
Results vary based on factors such as your offer, creative quality, budget, audience response, timing, and your level of implementation.

3. Client Responsibility
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for taking action on all guidance provided
Results depend on execution, consistency, and decision-making
You are responsible for your ad spend, ad account access, and platform compliance
Coaching alone does not produce results without implementation

4. Creative Support
Creative production (including video editing, filming, graphic design, or ad creation) is not included unless explicitly stated.
If creative support is required, it may be arranged separately for an additional fee, subject to availability and scope.

5. Billing & Subscription Terms
This Program is billed on a monthly recurring basis.
By enrolling, you authorise Ads for Bands / Violet Bear Marketing to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel.
Your access to coaching and support continues while your subscription remains active and payments are up to date.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your ongoing coaching subscription at any time by providing at least five (5) days’ written notice before your next billing date.
Cancellation requests must be sent to:

Requests received with less than five days’ notice may result in one final charge for the upcoming billing period.

Once cancelled, access to coaching and support will continue until the end of your current paid period.

7. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time, missed sessions, or early cancellation within a billing period.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, strategies, and training content provided remain the intellectual property of Ads for Bands / Violet Bear Marketing.

You are granted a single, non-transferable licence for personal or band use only.

Content may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

9. Conduct
You agree to communicate professionally and respectfully.
Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of access without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ads for Bands / Violet Bear Marketing is not liable for:
Advertising losses or underperformance
Platform issues, restrictions, or account bans
Financial decisions made based on coaching
Outcomes related to ad spend or business operations
