By purchasing and participating in the Ads for Bands VIP 1:1 Coaching program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Service
This is a coaching and training service, not a done-for-you advertising service.
You are responsible for implementing all strategies discussed, including (but not limited to) setting up campaigns, managing ad accounts, uploading creatives, monitoring spend, and making changes.
Support will be provided in the ways outlined on the sales page (private coaching calls and email support). Execution remains your responsibility.
2. No Guarantees
Ads for Bands / Violet Bear Marketing does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, ticket sales, revenue, return on ad spend, or business growth.
While best practices, proven frameworks, and strategic guidance are provided, advertising platforms (including Meta/Facebook/Instagram) are third-party systems outside our control.
Performance is influenced by many factors, including your offer, pricing, creative quality, audience response, budget, timing, and your level of implementation.
You acknowledge that Meta is a machine, not a promise.
3. Client Responsibility
By enrolling, you agree that:
You will take action on the guidance provided


You understand results depend on execution, consistency, and decision-making


You are responsible for your ad spend, account setup, and compliance with Meta’s policies


You will not rely on coaching alone without implementation


4. Creative Support
This Program does not include creative production (video editing, filming, graphic design, or ad creation) unless explicitly stated.
If you require help with creatives, this may be arranged separately for an additional fee, subject to availability and scope.
5. Session Use & Timeframe
The Program includes four (4) private coaching calls to be used within a 28-day period.
Sessions must be used consecutively within this timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions are forfeited after the period ends.
6. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Because this Program includes personalised coaching, time-based access, and limited availability, all payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes unless there has been a genuine billing error.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, strategies, and training content provided are the intellectual property of Ads for Bands / Violet Bear Marketing.
You are granted a single, non-transferable licence for personal or band use only.
Content may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.
8. Conduct
You agree to communicate professionally and respectfully.
Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of access without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ads for Bands / Violet Bear Marketing is not liable for:
Advertising losses


Platform account issues or bans


Business decisions made based on coaching


Financial outcomes related to ad spend
